First things first-- we like to make this process as fun as possible, so we don't take money down! 

We collaborate on the subject, color scheme, and size to create piece as unique and as special as you. Once we start the piece we'll reach out with progress shots. You will get first option to buy our collaborated piece when it is completed. 

The more information you share with us, the more fun we have with commissions (and usually the quicker it gets done).

To make the process as fun as possible we need:

Pictures

A picture is worth a thousand words, and the quickest way for Carl to get an idea for what you are looking for is to see:

-Reference photos. Especially if you'd like a painting of a person, pet or personal place. 

-Photos of the room the painting will be going into/the wall it will be going on. Carl likes to have an idea of the light and colors in the space the piece is going to, so he can make fill the piece with depth, and color to make it fit seamlessly in the room.

And don't forget! The higher quality the photos, the better the piece will end up. So send reference images in a high-definition format if possible.

Things we also need:

-What dimensions or range of dimension you'd like the piece to be, if possible.

-A quick reminder of where we met.

One last thing... Though we try to respond to every commission request in a timely and personal manner, sometimes we receive a high volume. 

If you haven't heard from us in a minute, don't hesitate to reach out or drop by the gallery. Sometimes the art life is chaotic and we need a reminder, but mostly we just love having our family around while we play and create!
